Admission & Withdrawals

  • Parents seeking admission for their ward should initially fill in a Registration Form.
  • Registration form and the Prospectus are issued after considering the appropriate age of the child seeking admission.
  • Within 7 days, both the parents of the child are required to attend an orientation programme at school following which the admission form is issued.
  • The registration and admission form duly filled in and signed by both the parents are to be submitted along with the following documents:
    • Photocopy of the birth certificate (for pre-primary), original birth certificate (for Std. I) and Leaving certificate / Transfer Certificate (for Std. II and above). Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate should carry the UDISE number of the school attended earlier and the Saral ID number of the student.
    • Photocopy of the report card
    • A passport size photograph
    • Photocopy of the Aadhar card (for entry in Saral portal)
  • Admission is confirmed only on acceptance of fee
  • Collection of Registration form does not guarantee admission
  • The Principal has the absolute right to admit/deny admission to or dismiss the child from the school and the decision of the Principal shall be final and binding on the parents.
  • School Leaving Certificate will not be issued without a written application from the parent/guardian in the prescribed form available in the school office. One calendar months’ notice should be given in writing by the parent/guardian before the withdrawal of the pupil, otherwise fees will be charged for the notice period.
  • No claim for a remission or refund will be entertained.
  • School Leaving Certificate will be issued after full and final settlement of accounts/dues.
